Based on the needs of my clients, I integrate both family systems and cognitive behavioral therapies. In using these modalities, I can see my clients as an individual as well as the systems they live and work in.



My Focus

I work with teens, young adults, and couples who struggle with internal and relational conflicts. My areas of focus are often around anxiety, depression, life challenges, and communication issues. I support my clients and navigating transitional phases, helping them build resilience and develop skills for personal growth and well-being.

Individual Therapy, $145.00 per 55 minute session  (covered by some insurance)

Family & Couples Therapy $175.00 per 90 minutes.  (covered by some insurance for 53 minutes)


Additional Services


Financial Coaching - $150.00 per hour

Co-Parenting Mediation  $150. per hour (2-hour minimum)

Reunification Therapy $200. per hour

Deposition $450.00 per hour (3-hour min)

Travel - $200.00 per hour - portal - portal


No, I can't. For medication, you would need to  see a psychiatrist, which a is a medical doctor with a specialization  in mental health trained to prescribe medications that match a persons  symptoms. 


We  understand that life can get in the way of scheduled appointments. We  ask that you provide us with at least 72 hours' notice if you need to  cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged a  cancellation fee.
