I didn't come to this work from the outside. I came to it the way most people do — through my own story, my own patterns, my own moments of not understanding why I kept ending up in the same place. 

That experience didn't make me a therapist. But it shaped the kind of therapist I became.

I believe the people who sit across from me are not problems to be solved. They are people whose systems worked exactly as designed — and who are ready to design something new.
